Hard times, Soft skills
We are facing difficult times. The world is moving towards a situation where self-governance of energy, food and work is becoming less and less available to local communities. Yet we should not despair, great crises generate great social cohesion! It is when the political environment is not conducive to the sustainability of the lives of the forgotten people that we feel the real need to support each other. One of the many initiatives promoting Regenerative Development, the Solidarity Economy Movement is working around the world to help grassroots, self-determined communities multiply and network, organising the circulation of the resources they generate (such as knowledge, money and labour).

What is even beyond sustainability? The Regenerative Development considers the human being as integrative part of nature, capable of being present and act as a reponsive part of the biosphere, even healing the woulds caused before. This idea is the guiding concept of a project series that we are relizing in a wonderful international partnership.

"Saving energy, saving communities” project report
Our rural community building and local economy development project in Ág has closed a very successful period in the summer. The ERSTE Foundation Roma Partnership programme funded our work for more than a year.

Short video about our summer study tour
In june 2017 we visited farmers in Ecséd who grow industrial hemp. This plant can be utilized in social enterprises which aim to liquidate poverty.
